$LimitGroupID in httpd error log

Hi everyone,

I wonder if someone would be able to help us figure out this error we get in the httpd error log every time we open/refresh the Dashboard view:

[Tue Oct 25 13:03:15 2016] -e: Use of uninitialized value $LimitGroupID in numeric ne (!=) at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Output/HTML/Dashboard/TicketQueueOverview.pm line 123.

This installation is an upgrade from 3.0.2 to 5. The original installation had some "unorthodox" mods and we had to do some work to do all the upgrades

. Eventually, we fixed everything and had it working except the above error.
The error first appeared after upgrading to version 4.
This line gets added 21 times each time we open the Dashboard view. We currently have 23 Groups in OTRS, some of which were left inactive after uninstalling FAQ and ITSM from the original installation.

Your help will be greatly appreciated!
