Hi,
I'm working with Process Tickets. When I select the Tickets Tab, then Status View, a table appears with "Ticket#," "Age" and "From/ Subject"... etc
How do I update the "From/ Subject" to display the Customer Name, or Customer ID and the Subject with the time stamp the ticket was logged?
Is there an automatic method of adding the person's name to Process Ticket Subject field?
