Hi,
This morning, I have been working on OTRS 5 settings... in the car (I was not driving) and I have not a clue of what I did, but, it seems that the "params" for "Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task###TicketUnlockTimeout" aren't there anymore. (generating an awfull paquet of mail ... )
Could someone tell me what are the "default" parameters that are in "params" ? (see the image. )
Thanks in advance:
Looking formward to you your answer (and less mail to me )

Re: UnlockTimeout - default Params
You can click on the "reverse arrow" next to the name of the module. That resets the whole setting back to defaults.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Re: UnlockTimeout - default Params
For the record,
It could be that during my "problems", I just had a "empty" line in the parameters...
So, I could have "clicked" on the "+" button, entering "NO VALUE"...
So, it passes an empty "parameters" to the function, that one returning an error....
----> I just have to go, and jump from the bridge !!!!
I will keep this posted, and marked it as close, if it work ... i am waiting for the "mailer-deamon" to finish sending the +/- 300 replies...
I have now, also, setup the "x-otrs-loop" to true for all "mailer-deamon" mail... could be usefull in the futur...
Thanks all, have a nice day/life!
