[SOLVED] OTRS Trouble Panel
Please help me with this trouble or doubt, my tickets is orden ascendet how make for this in descending order; also i dont see the boton "answer" why? this is removed in this version? please help me.

Which view? Which attribute? What did you try ?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Hi my question is the order of the ticket i see that thi is in ascendet but i has that this in descendet.

Are you talking about the TicketZoom? Please be more specific about your questions. Most settings can be changed via Sysconfig

Hi, i talking about of this image, the order of the tickets is descendet but i need in order ascendent.

Hi jojo, could you tell me what is the exact option, I see too many options "TicketZoom" and i dont know that choose.

Thanks ronaldjerardmedina, the solution is in the Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom and configure in normal and this is all, I hope this will serve.
