As an Agent/ Admin user in OTRS v4.0.16, from the Customer Management section, I was able to create a 'Customer.' Under the same Customer Management section, under 'Customer User' I was able to create multiple 'Users' and link them to the CustomerID. I tested this by logging into the OTRS customer interface, as the linked user and it works.
As an Agent/ Admin user in OTRS v4.0.17, this doesn't work. The Customer Users I've created, linked by CustomerID to Customers are created, however the Customer Users' aren't able to log into the OTRS customer interface, except for the first one created.
What do I need to do to allow all users, under a CustomerID to log into the OTRS customer interface?
