Hi All,

How many users otrs can handle at the same time?
What hardware specifications do we need if I have 100 < users > 150.

Hi,

depends on your webserver configuration and Memory and network.

Apache uses ~200 MB per session.

Over 100 agents I would suggest more than one webserver, this would require commercial addons.

We have Apache2 for Webserver and how much memory must be alloted for 30-40 users.

but you should check your memory after going live. Also amount of tickets, chaching, database you should take into account, becuase they may use Memory.

Thanks for the replies. I think 6Gb RAM and 150 Gb Hardrive will be enought to run OTRS smoothly.
