You'll find the default templates in Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/NotificationEvent/Email.
Place your own or the modified default tenmplates under Customer/Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/NotificationEvent/Email, see Custom/README for details.
