Automatically fill "CC" field when reply.

Hello everyone (sorry for my english)

I use actually OTRS 3.3.9 in production.

I would like know if it is possible thats when an agent create an e-mail ticket or reply to an existing ticket, the "CC" field is filled automatically with always the same email address.

The aim is to avoid agents to fill the "CC" field for each answered tickets.

I need your help.
