Not fetching mails with images in the body of mails

Hi, we upgrade the otrs 4 to 5 patch level 9, after this everythings work fine but i cant fetching mails with images in the body.
The others mails work fine.
Somebody can help me?

Performing other tests, any email sent where the size of the attached or inserted image exceeds 100 Kbs does not fetch.
The only place I found that may have relationship is in system settings is in Ticket :: Core :: Postmaster , the value of PostMasterMaxEmailSize , but by default brings 16 Mb I modify it by a larger value and no change was seen.

Is there any entry to that in syslog?
100 kb seems quite small but you also have to look that mysql allows to write objects with the size of the mails.

Finally the problem was not the otrs ... the problem was the exchange , the server we use client access server (CAS ) through this we set the IMAPs accounts.restart and everything worked properly.
I never would have thought that the exchange would have something to do.
