Did you installed KIX via frontend or backend?

What is your S.O. / distro?

hello part installed by backend, My distribution is Debian 8 and OTRS 5.0.6

some questions:

Are the packages KIXCore and KIX4OTRS fully installed (check if all files are installed properly)?

Did you run set-permissions, loader-cache-deletion, cache-deletion, config-rebuild and webserver restart after the installation?

Do you have any extensions or modifications (which may collide with KIX4OTRS)?
