Hello,
We haven't been getting pending or follow-up notification email to our personal queues since the upgrade to OTRS 5.0.2...and upgrading to OTRS 5.0.3 didn't change this issue. Although it did cause dups of notifications preference settings.
How to go about tracking down the problem? There doesn't appear to be any errors in the log...just silence.

I have similar issue. No notification of escalated tickets. No errors in logs... In 4.0.x was OK.

It's seem to me there was the bug & it will resolved in 5.0.5 on 15.12.2015
