Survey - insert dynamic field/ticket ID

Hello all,

I installed the survey module. The setup was easy, I have only one problem, I need to insert into the email body some data from a dynamic field.

Something like this:

|Dear Customer,

Thanks for using our service. Help us to improve us and our services.

<OTRS_TICKET_DynamicField_INCHIDERE>
