Hello
i am using OTRS 4.0.10 and we are now planing to add the ITSM Modules. Is it possible to just add these ITSM pakages to an currently running instalation? or must i reinstall otrs completly?

download, upload, install.

This is essentially an add-on, so it shouldn't cause issues with existing data. However, your data is your responsibility. Take the time to make a filesystem backup and database dump/backup before making changes.
