Process ticket: Display dynamic field widgets in customer frontend

Hi everybody,

i was asked to set up a simple process to collect a the data from a new employee when he starts to work at our company.
So the process works perfectly and displays all the information in the ticket zoom of the agent interface as widgets. But on the customer frontend the ticket remains empty an the customer is not able to see any data he has entered into the ticket. How can i make the stored values from the dynamic fields visible to the customer?

Please add the dynamic fields in the customer ticket zoom window using the below option
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketZoom###DynamicField

that should help :)
