Hello,
Im looking to edit the form that shows when replying to tickets.......
There is a field at the bottom for time accounting. At the left of the field it says "Time Units (work units):" .......I would like it to say "Time Units (in minutes):" Is there a way to change this form? I cannot seem to pin down anything in SysConfig.
