HowTo create a new wiki entry

Dear all,

I hope it is not too misleading, but I actually DON'T know how to create a wiki entry. Rather I would like to know, how I can do this.
During the last couple of days I installed OTRS 4 on a Windows Server 2012 R2 platform and as I didn't find much information about it (just bits and pieces here and there) I would like to give the information as a whole.

Hope someone can help me out.
