I would like to start using OTRS to enter activity ITS and time spent.
The activities are mainly of the type:
- Help desk
- Changes to programs
- Development of new Projects
While Help Desk and Changes (ITSM Changes ) are provided in the version of OTRS 3.2.6 and OTRS 4.0.2, I can not figure out where to put the hours devoted to the development of new Projects if not by thinking as CHANGES.
In this case the difficulty lies in being able to create a new entry for each project where to add all the hours spent. We do not care to do a real Project Management but only records of hours for statistical purposes and quality.
It would then be useful to see the list of "Projects" separated by Changes (but this can also be a report).
If anyone has experience and tells me maybe open up new scenarios.
