hi,
before i upgrade to OTRS 4 all agents was able to move tickets to all queue that they have permission, but after the upgrade i get an error..
"Message: Sorry, you need to be the ticket owner to perform this action.
Please change the owner first."
i really dont remember how i did it before
how can i change it again?

Admin -> Agents -> Switch to Agent
and the move the tickets
