[SOLVED] OTRS FAIL IMAP

Greetings: I have my server mails in a hosting and my server OTRS is on the local network and have installed a firewall I can access the web interface and all well but I can not receive or send emails in the log I see the following

Thu November 25 11:45:17 2014 Error OTRS-otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl-10 POP3: Can not connect to mail.domain.com
Thu November 25 11:45:17 2014 Error OTRS-IMAP otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl-10: Can not connect to mail.domain.com

can someone tell me if you have had a similar experience? from thank you very much.

PS: Already create rules to allow access to port 80, 110 and 143

It means what it says. If you are at a command line of the OTRS box and attempt to telnet mail.domain.com 110 and are blocked, this needs to be fixed.

Hi, crythias, i try telnet mail.doamin.com 110 and appear me +OK Dovecot ready but in the SysLog appear:

Wed Nov 26 12:15:22 2014 error OTRS-otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl-10 IMAP: Can't connect to mail.domain.com
Wed Nov 26 12:15:17 2014 error OTRS-otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl-10 POP3: Can't connect to mail.domain.com

I configure the firewall as allow all and also mail.doamin.com is my hosting (ip external) and otrs is in my local network, please help me.
