Hello to all,
I would like to disable the Escalation mail notification...
I did modify the "GenericAgent.pm" turning "Escalation => 0,
But it seems that this change impact other thing as since then, we don't receive notification for all sorts of event...
Is there any "simple" (or even complicated) solution that exist...

Seing the number of person who do read this post, it seems that it could be an interesting thing....
Would anyone have a clue about how to do that ?
We currently have "rules" in mailbox to delete those email... but would be more smart not to have them.
