(SOLVED) OTRS SIGNATURES

Hi, i have a problem with the configuration for add the cellphone, appearme only "-" in this link explain with simples steps

sorry jojo you make you're absolutely righ, according to the steps followed i have to create the file MyConfig.xml located in / opt / otrsKernel / Config / Files / MyConfig.xml and in this file put the following:

you are not using UserMobile anywhere in the posted config.
