In my OTRS 3.3.3 I created a Dynamic Field called "NOSIN" on Object "Ticket" of Type "Text".
Then I assigned a default value of "No".
The problem is that whenever a new ticket is created in my queue the dynamic field "NOSIN" is not set by default to "No" but it remains blank.
I do not understand if this is a specific bug of my version or I missed something in the configuration or maybe I have not exactly understood the meaning of "Default value" in the Dynamic field configuration.
Any help is appreciated thanks.

A dynamic field has no value at the moment when a ticket is created
In the SysConfig you have to "assign" the dynamic field to be displayed somewhere (i.e. AgentTicketNote)
Whenever you open now the AgentTicketNote window, your dynamic field is "pre-populated" with your default value "no"
Al you need to do now: save/submit the note
