Have anyone created a link between and Agent (Account Manager) and a CustomerCompany in OTRS? Do anyone have any ideas on how this could be done?
I would love to have some sort of DynamicField to do this, but I can't see this happening without me creating some custom code myself.
Anyone else seen the need?

There is a three year old thread: viewtopic.php?f=62&t=8667 that may address this.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Not quite. I'll see if I'm able to come up with a prototype of my requirement.crythias wrote:There is a three year old thread: viewtopic.php?f=62&t=8667 that may address this.

Re: Linking an Agent to a Customer Company
Currently you could use a Feature add on "Customer Activity Widget"....a dashboard widget.
Every agent can set his own customer IDs and a ticket overview for these customers is displayed.
However: I am currently as well looking into the option to assign a key account manager to a certain customer, but since we are going live with a productive system in May I decided to opt for a development stop end of next week. Ressources will focus on testing now.
But I guess in June we will look into it and can then offer some code for the community
