I tried assign a customer C to group G which is responsible for Queue Q, and Queue Q seem become invisible to others customers.

Don't use customer based queues. Don't do it. No, it's not necessary. Bad.
Queues are for [groups of] agents who can handle the request.

Re: Seperate Queue for separate Customers.
Even if it should be bad:
- use one queue per customer
- one access-group per queue
- assign the customer to the group
-> then he only can see this queue
ps: we have different SLAs for different customers so, it is necessary at the moment
yes we are thinking about it (ticketbased SLAs on services maybe)
