u don't understand.

when me set one ticket PENDING 24 Hours.

Later 24 hours OTRS SYSTEM send email all agent for to indicate that one ticket has finished pending

how to BLOCK AgentPendingReminder ?

if the ticket is locked only the owner will get the notification
if the ticket is not locked all agents who have this queue in "My Queue" get the notification.

The notification is part of the pending reminder functionality and can not switched off
