Dashboard New Ticket not visible
hi,
In my Dashboard i can see only OPEN TICKET NEED TO BE ANSWERED but i not see NEW TICKET, not see Reminder ticket and not see escalated Ticket.
Help me please

i have new ticket with AGE 1minutes, it's not new?

there is also a cache per Dashlet, so you might not see very new things

did you change anythin regarding the dashlet config in Sysconfig?

it is working on my systems without any problems. so it might be misconfiguration of states or wrong usage
so check if the state of the ticket is new, the statustype is new, you have access to the ticket, the page is reloaded properly

in New Ticket, ticket new it's visible, only dashbord not visibile

the ticket has the state open, not new so it is not displayed!

If I set NEW, all new ticket will be set to NEW and nobody tickets will be set to OPEN? or 1 hour after the ticket NEW changed status to OPEN?jojo wrote:set this to the name of your new state in here.

reset everything to the defaults. There is a state new and a state open
