Crythias,
I am using OTRS 3.0.8 on Linux and I can't turn off the agent Notification for New Ticket or Move ticket. I looked through Queue, Auto Responses Management and made them 'Invalid' for New Ticket and 'Auto Follow Up', Auto reply. It seems to me that I just can't turned off the Notification to agent. How do I turn off notification to agent when new ticket is created or ticket is moved into their queue.

It can be turned off in each Agent's personal notifications, so it is their choice to receive or not the notifications
