the type coding

Hi,
the type of coding I use is utf-8
and language that I use is French,
but I am having the problem of displaying special character as shown in the attached image,
Can you help me to configure my OTRS.

Don't make change on dtl file, instead you should make change on translation file If you want display 'Priority' in French.
