hi
i have problém i want that the simple user can't change the owner of ticket when i unchek this case i can't see change and whed i unchek read / write a don't see anymore ticket in the dashboard of user

help plz

Only ticket's owner or responsible agent can change ticket owner.

The dashboard only show those tickets the current login agent has rw permission on them.

no but not the only owner of ticket also other agent can't change the owner and that's the problém may be i have to change something on parameter
