Strange statistics result...

Hi Guys,

I was just testing the statistics possibilities with OTRS 3.1.1 and I had creating a stat to know the solution average time for my different queues and the number of tickets in that respective queues.
Please see the Stat details on the attachment file.
The result:

Evaluation by,"Solution Average","Number of Tickets"
Bankscope support (General)::Data,"65h 34m","165"
Bankscope support (General)::MMS,"25h 22m","39"
Bankscope support (General)::Soft,"-14540h 13m","76"
Bankscope support (General)::Update,"49h 5m","504"

You can see a negative value for a sub queue (soft): -14540h 13 minutes for 76 tickets... Why a negative value?
Sorry certainly a stupid thing but I cannot see where...

HI,

i have this same result, but in a certain queues (not all). moreover, solution average and response time values are always "0h 0m".

does anyone know a solution for this ?
