Did anyone creates a list of client CI's in the TicketViewZoom window
Such as: Class - Configitem№
where Configitem № is clickable. E.g I can go to Configitem View from TicketView
Need ideas how realize it & where?

OTRS is designed to work with links. So link the affected CI to the ticket.

In CMDB I can enter the owner of CI in it discription. E.g. I can search CI's by owner in CMDB. I want, when agent display the ticket in zoom view - see a list of CI's assigned to client in CMDB

You can store custome's CI Key in LDAP, for example of Computer or LAPTOP MAC address, then import them to OTRS via LDAP integration.
Now you can see customer's CI from TicketViewZoon in Custom Info area. Also OTRS allow to make this CI key be a clickable URL link for you exploring the detailed information about CI in CMDB.
