I can not add new values ​​to FreeTextTicket1

Hello.
When I click the sum button to add new values ​​to TicketFreeText1 the OTRS does not appear a new textfield.

I've tried doing this with TicketFreeText 2 and 3 and could not.

What could be wrong?

When there is a " - " entry the interface recognize it as an empty so first fill all the values then press + sign
