Is it possible to get statistics on parents tickets only using Stats module? (Without usage of outer reporting tools)
Example - One ticket has many slaves (subtasks to be done assigned to different queues/agents) but there is only one issue, so if we want to keep track on number of issues, then we should ignore all subtickets. (Right now my idea is to merge tickets or to set some freetext flag, to show that it is a subticket) Maybe any suggestions?
