Hi,
I have recently started working on OTRS and I am facing a typical kind of problem. I have created a mail id by the name of OTRS while configuring the system. Earlier, whenever I use to mark the mail to OTRS mail ID, it use to treat the mail as a new request and raise a new ticket for the same in OTRS system but now the mails are no longer being displayed in the system or a ticket number is being generated for the same.
Can someone help me regarding the same in case there are some settings and I might have changed it mistakenly?
