Hello,
While owning the ticket to another agent, the text or comment assigned to ticket to accompagn it, is not displayed or shown, what should be the problem? before it used to be displayed. Plz help me to know what might be the problem and how to correct it.

Sorry, let me try to explain. i'm owning (with owner button) a ticket to another agent, there is some comments i have to type bellow explaining the reason why i'm forwading the ticket to him/her, then when i click to submit the ticket is transfered to the owner but he/she can't see the comment. So i would like to know how can i correct it! before it was ok, but since tha day before yesterday it stopped working i don't know why!mshi wrote:I could not fully understand you problems.

OTRS is not just stopping to work. Did you do any changes?
Also your question is not clear. Please describe clearly the issue (some screenshots might help)

It may be that the destination user doesn't have the owner update "yes" in his preferences, or other issues that should show up in system log.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
