it is possible to customize CustomerTicketMessage.dtl page in order to display some customer information like user phone number?
I would something like customer information panel displayed at Agent new email interface.
We take customer phne number from Active Directory, but sometimes our customer need to be called at different phone number, so I would display current phone number in new customer ticket interface and permit user to insert different phone number in any ticketfreetext field only if different from Activer Directory phone number.
