Screenshots and attached images
Can OTRS automatically create a ticket from an email sent by a user (to a specified email address)? If so, how does OTRS handle embedded screenshots of an error message they send? Does it create an attachment to the ticket? Does it import the image into the ticket? Alternatively, what happens if a user attaches an image or screenshot to the email?

Yes it does, you can send mail and These mails can contain inline images

if image is attached the image is attachetd to a ticket if it is in html message it is inline into a article text
OTRS 3.0 on Debian with MySQL database connected to Opnen LDAP for Agents and Customers.

I don't get any attachment nor inline images in my mailbox.
When I login to the web interface, i can see the images.
But when I receive a NewTicket notification per mail, i get the following message (screenshot)

Notifications won't send images or attachments
