possible to remove SLA option?

I need to enabled Services but dont need the SLA option. Is it possible to only enable Service? The SLA is useless for what I'm using and it just dead space on the ticket.

You could use a TicketFreeText and call the key "Service"
OTRS 5.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database. Also on github.

Hi there,
You could also disable SLA from the view NewPhoneTicket and only enable the one for service, this is done in the Admin, Sysconfig.
