AgentPhoneTicket Template: predefine Customer

Post by nayc »

Hi,

i would like to select the customer for a phone ticket template.
following the tutorial video on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1B8mZ9Ku ... ideo_title, i uncommented the template section in AgentPhoneTicket.dtl, and added some extra buttons and templates. i also added the default queue to the new template.

now i need to add a default customer. is this even possible?

thanks in advance!
chris

btw this is my first post here, hope i didnt mess it up or offended someone by my posting style here

no default customer, generally, though I did make a suggestion here: http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=8603

hey,
thanks for the suggestion, i already found the CheckEmail setting before,

i just wanted to have Agents use as few clicks /insert as few information as possible for creating tickets, so i would prefer it the customer could be part of the template.

actually thanks for nothing. :D

<input type="hidden" name="CustomerUser" value="myuser"/> did the trick. "myuser" being the user id
