survey mails are not getting trigger after closing the tickets.

First of all please install a supported version of OTRS and the module. (Which is at least OTRS 5) in the latest version.

i am using OTRS 4.0.8 only. As i already downloaded and installed survey module 4.0.7 in the system but mails are not getting triggered.

please install latest patchlevel of OTRS 4 (4.0.33) or better latest version of OTRS 5 or 6.
Then check configuration of the module in sysconfig, create a survey and assign it to the needed queues
