Postmaster Probleme

Hallo,
ich habe Probleme mit unserem System da seit einem Netzwerk Wechsel unser OTRS keine Emails mehr aus dem Outlook Account ziehen will und deswegen werden keine Tickets mehr erstellt. Es wird auch dauerhaft eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt die wie folgt geht:

OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch-10

CommunicationLog(ID:95138,AccountType:-,AccountID:-,Direction:Incoming,Transport:Email,ObjectLogType:Connection,ObjectLogID:105271)::Kernel::System::MailAccount::IMAPS => IMAPS: Can't connect to outlook.sfp-net.com: Unable to connect to outlook.sfp-net.com: IO::Socket::IP configuration failed

Hätte jemand eine Lösung des Problems für mich?

PS: Kenne mich mit OTRS nicht aus.

Hätte jemand eine Lösung des Problems für mich?

Dein Server erreicht outlook.sfp-net.com nicht. Du musst die Verbindung zulassen.

PS: Kenne mich mit OTRS nicht aus.

Das dürfte kein OTRS Problem sein, sondern ein Protokoll, ein Perl Paket, ein alter Patch Stand, eine Firewall oder sonst was.
Es könnte ganz einfach ein altes Perl Paket sein.
