Queue permissions and process tickets

Hi there,

I'm struggling with the process management feature of OTRS.
After quite some time, I managed to create a process that works more or less in terms of Activities, Transactions and so on.
But I now have a question regarding permissions.

Suppose, I have a ticket which should be moved to the queue "Superior" after finishing the Activity Dialog.
But as the ticket is to be moved to the queue "Superior", the applicant will not have rights in that group.
So I would expect the ticket to somehow "vanish" for the applicant.
It may reappear after it as been approved or rejected, but in this current state, it should not be visible to the applicant.
Unfortunately, an error message is displayed that I am not allowed to see the ticket.
How can I achieve above mentioned behaviour?
