Need GroupName! / Frontend::Modulee###AdminCustomerCompany: "" is not a valid Group

Post by flostoe »

Hallo, habe mehrere solcher Einträge im Systemprotokoll:

Thu May 9 08:39:25 2019 (Europe/Vienna) error OTRS-CGI-00 Need GroupName!
Thu May 9 08:39:18 2019 (Europe/Vienna) error OTRS-CGI-00 Need GroupName!
Thu May 9 08:25:44 2019 (Europe/Vienna) error OTRS-CGI-00 Need GroupName!
Thu May 9 08:22:30 2019 (Europe/Vienna) error OTRS-CGI-00 Need GroupName!
Thu May 9 08:22:13 2019 (Europe/Vienna) error OTRS-CGI-00 Need GroupName!
Thu May 9 08:11:32 2019 (Europe/Vienna) error OTRS-CGI-00 Need GroupName!

Mit dem Skript von https://blog.feature-addons.de/2018-06- ... rs6-update finde ich:

perl CheckAdminNavBar.pl
Please check attribute GroupRo of SysConfig setting Frontend::NavigationModulee###AdminCustomerCompany: "" is not a valid Group
Please check attribute GroupRo of SysConfig setting Frontend::Modulee###AdminCustomerCompany: "" is not a valid Group

Danke! Habs auch grad gefunden, es ist tatsächlich das "GroupRo" Feld

hier gibts sogar einen Eintrag in der Knowledge Base dazu:
https://portal.otrs.com/external/knowle ... ticle/1420
Remove the line GroupRo->(empty field) and add a new line
GroupRo-> without anything in the right column.
So solls dann ausschauen:
