Hallo Community,
ich brauch mal eure Hilfe ich würde gerne Ci Kunden zu ordnen so dass sie im Kunden Informations Center als Assigned Hardware angezeigt werden es funktioniert aber nicht.
ich habe bereits im Config Item einen Eintrag gesetzt :

Name => Translatable('Owner'),
Searchable => 1,

Type => 'Customer',
},
},
Was mache ich falsch .
OTRS ist die Version 6.0.12

Du musst in der SysConfig noch festlegen in welchem Attribut für welche Klasse der Besitzer drin steht: - Roy
