bekomme mail delivery Tickets

Hallo zusammen,

habe 1&1 email, otrs 6.0.10 auf debian 9 installiert. IMAP und SMTP sind eingerichtet empfangen und versenden sind möglich, aber

heute bekomme ich vom System-Ticket viele Tickets:

Die SPAM-Mail vom System hat sich aufgehört. Mich interessiert es, woran es lag? Habe noch keine Lösung gefunden

Hi,

Die Mails root@localhost kannst Du nicht über externe Mailsysteme routen. Das ist kein Spam.
Das sind Grundlagen im Mailing.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es)
failed:

<root@localhost>
da hat jemand die Mailserver (bzw das Routing) nicht korrekt eingerichtet. Vermutlich sendet Dein System an root@localhost über SMTP, das geht in die Hose. Die Mail muss lokal zugestellt werden.
