OTRS5 KIX - POP3 generiert kein Ticket

Moin,

ich bin ganz neu im OTRS Admin Thema drin und habe bis jetzt alles soweit hinbekommen. Zuerst hatte ich ein normales OTRS 5 wo alles funktioniert hat und dann habe ich zusätzlich KIX installiert. Soweit so gut.
Seit heute werden zwar die Mails per POP3 abgeholt und auch im Exchange 2016 Postfach gelöscht (man kann dabei zusehen) nur wird darauf kein Ticket genriert. Schicke ich eine Mail an das Postfach und Drücke auf den Button "Jetzt Abholen" wird die Email abgeholt und auch ein Ticket generiert.
Irgendwas stimmt also mit dem automatischen Job der die Mails abholt nicht. Ich weiß aber nicht in wie fern der Mechanismus anders ist und wo ich da ansetzen kann.

Wie ich rausgefunden habe landen meine Mails im Ordner /opt/kix16/var/spool und werden als problem-email-*string* angezeigt.

Warum Sie dort liegen weiß ich noch nicht.

Unter welchem Nutzer läuft der kix-/otrs-Daemon und was geschieht wenn Du manuell folgendes ausführst:
