[Solved]Need TypeID beim Anlegen des neuen SLAs

Hallo zusammen,

beim Anlegen des neueen SLAS hat einer Fehler eingetreten . Die Fehlermeldung ist wie unten angezeigt.

komischweise ist : habe auch gleich aufm Migrations Server probiert, da funktionert es perfekt. habe viele Examples angelegt. aber in unserem ProduktSystem kommt dieser Fehler immer vor. Ich sehe im Systemprotokoll keine Benachrichtigung, weiss ich nicht warum taucht dieses Problem immer nur im Produktiven System auf.


Wer kann mir helfen bzw. paar Tipps geben?

Hey, This Problem has benn solved after the upgrading of OTRS 2.4.X to 3.0.X ..
