Hallo,
gibt es Möglichkeiten auf Statistiken im OTRS zu zugreifen ähnlich wie bei Google Analytics? Die standard Statistik Seite ist extrem Userunfreundlich und kompliziert. Wer will schon Statistiken downloaden? Ich suche ein übersichtliches Dashboard. Kann mir da jemand helfen?
