Hallo zusammen,


ich frage einfach mal - liegt der Fehler an OTRS oder ist das POP3 Konto schuld?

Die Mail ist größer als das was OTRS abholt. Du musst ggf. die Config POP3 Server config oder die OTRS und DB Config umstellen

Kannst du mir verraten wie und in welchen Dateien ich das mache?

Sysconfig: Core::Postmaster
und für die Datenbank in der my.cnf (MySQL danach restarten)

Meinst du die my.ini oder gibt es eine my.cnf?

keine Ahnung wie das Ding unter Windows heisst. Schau ins MySQL Admin Handbuch oder frage Deinen Administrator
