Das nächste User-Treffen in Dormagen wird am Mittwoch, den 7. Dezember bei Maxence stattfinden.

Uhrzeit, Ort:
Der Ort ist identisch zum letzten Treffen (siehe http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=11517), die Uhrzeit wahrscheinlich auch.
In den nächsten Tagen werden wir das hier noch Mal ordentlich auflisten inklusive der genauen Uhrzeit.

Noch in Arbeit.
Momentan haben wir noch Platz für einen weiteren Vortrag und suchen daher dafür einen Speaker und ein Thema.

Is this meeting in German only or do people also speak English ?

The presentations will be in German only. The other half of the meeting where the participants talk to each other is usally also German-speaking, but most of them or all of them should be able to talk English too.

The target group of the meeting are clearly German-speaking visitors, but English-speaking ones are very welcome. Of course the presentation part may be boring to them, unless someone who speaks English wants to do a presentation in English.

Not that much at the moment, since it's the last meeting of the year. The meeting ist taking place every 2 or 3 months. If you're looking for others users to talk with then it's the right time, otherwise I would recommend the next meeting for you.

Are there more Dutch people going ?

We had no Dutch people for the last 4 meetings and have no Dutch registrations at the moment. Since this is all about community you could talk with us to attract also Dutch users and explain us, what they would expect :)

I have asked some speakers, but there was no reaction so far. I'm on it and will post the complete agenda as soon as possible.
This time we also plan to have some participants to introduce their OTRS installations, so we can learn from each other and share helpful hints and tricks. Anyone is invited to present some slides and share his experience.

The "official" part will start at 6pm, but as always coffee is available from around 5pm on.
Depending on the number of presentations there will be a smooth transition to diskussion, open conversation and some more coffee (and what else we are catering.) at 7:30.

As usual, we provide 2 OTRS installations to tinker with.

Hallo OTRS Community,

das Treffen ist um, die Kampfspuren sind beseitigt. Es war (wieder mal...) ein sehr gemütlicher Abend. Alexander brauchte uns auf den neuesten Stand in Sachen OCB, anschließend hörten wir 2 sehr, sehr gute Vorträge aus der Community (an dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank an die Vortragenden!). Denkanstöße, Vertiefungsfragen und Diskussion blieben nicht aus und wurden bei Lebkuchen, belegten Brötchen, Glühwein und Bier in beliebigen Kombinationen fortgesetzt. Wir haben einige interessante Ansätze und Eigenentwicklungen kennen gelernt und freuen uns schon auf die Fortsetzungsberichte.
Die beiden OTRS-Installationen wurden auch wieder rege zum Ausprobieren und Erklären genutzt.

Wir hatten alle viel Spaß, keiner der Anwesenden hat die Teilnahme bereut -zumindest ist mir nichts Gegenteiliges zu Ohren gekommen- und so planen wir das nächste Treffen für Anfang Februar. Konkrete Wünsche zum Datum und den Inhalten gerne jederzeit an mich, ich versuche, es möglich zu machen.
